Thank you Art with Eclipse Event Co. Check out their blog post all about this event or read it below!
βIf youβve walked in Austinβs downtown area, youβve probably passed by 800 Congress before. Itβs a gorgeous venue near the capitol that looks like an upscale rustic space which can transform into an elegant wedding or fun dance party. She has range! BCG and Art were going for a twinkling winter wonderland vibe that was classy, pretty, and perfect for mingling. Luckily, they had a superb team of vendors to make their plan come to fruition!
The first vendors to arrive on the day of the party were Stems Floral Design and Austin Event Lighting. As Stems set up their floral centerpieces, ceiling installations, and patio foliage, the lighting installers started stringing up those uber-important string lights and uplights to get the right mood lighting for the party. Then, Artie came bringing elegant blue BBJ linens and stationery from Pink Champagne. The place was busy, busy, bus
The indoor formal dinner seating area was made up of stylish furniture, tableware, and other rentals from Premiere Events, while Loot Rentals added lounge sets and accent pieces to create that cozy atmosphere for socializing. The finishing touch was the ice sculpture from Full Spectrum Ice that looked so pristine and cool all night long!
As the beautiful BCG guests arrived, they were served drinks and appetizers by Crave Catering until the delicious food stations were warm and ready. Just then, the entertainment of the night began! Stargazer Productions had a full band, Satellite, on-stage playing popular hits to keep the crowd having fun. As the night went on, their sets got more energetic and got the audience dancing to their lively performances.
The guests were also encouraged to take photos together at the Booth Easy Photo Booth, which also came with a projector to show fun photos taken throughout the night. As the party winded down, Crave offered plenty more late night snacks to keep everyone full and happy as they prepared to leave.
Last but not least, we have to thank George Guillory for being our fantastic photographer! He got the professional shots you see in this blog, which captured the partyβs atmosphere perfectly. With this event, Art really showed how big and great of a party he pulled off, so please join us in giving him a round of applause! A standing ovation, even! Thank you to Boston Consulting Group for giving us the opportunity to work on this special event, we loved how it came out! And thank YOU for reading! β
