Ali and Jay :: A Dreamy Floral Wedding in the Texas Hill Country

Wedding Floral Seating Chart Display

We loved working with Ali, Jay, and Courtney on every aspect of Ali and Jay’s floral wedding in Austin.

Designing a floral wedding invitation with intricate blooms and luxurious gold foil is an enchanting process that blends elegance with romance. We found inspiration in nature’s delicate details, crafting floral patterns that echo the couple’s colorful vision for their special day. The addition of the floral border and gold foil wedding invitation that enhances the design, creating a radiant and timeless look that catches the light and evokes a sense of opulence. Adding a custom floral envelope liner to the wedding invitation suite was another added unforgettable detail.

Designing custom welcome signage for a wedding using 3D foil acrylic is a captivating way to make a bold first impression. This unique approach combines sleek, dimensional lettering and radiant metallic foil, creating an eye-catching display that effortlessly commands attention. From the moment guests arrive, they’re greeted with a luxurious and modern sign that reflects the couple’s personality and sets the stage for the celebration ahead. Each element—from the crisp, raised acrylic lettering to the shimmering foil accents—adds depth and sophistication, turning the sign into both a warm greeting and a stunning work of art.

Creating an 8-foot wall display with floral escort cards is a show-stopping way to guide guests to their seats while making a statement. Each escort card, nestled among or adorned with real blooms, transforms this installation into an immersive floral experience. The expansive wall becomes a focal point of the wedding decor, drawing guests in to admire the intricate details and stunning arrangements. This artistic blend of function and beauty allows for endless customization, reflecting the couple’s style through carefully chosen flowers, colors, and card designs. It’s more than a seating chart; it’s a memorable piece of art that enchants and delights. The light pink paint we chose paired perfectly with the rest of their wedding.

We truly enjoyed and were honored being a part of this wedding from start to finish from the custom save the dates, to custom wedding invitations, and day-of stationery, including menus, table numbers, custom bar decals, custom watercolor bar sign, cocktail napkins, and seating chart installation. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness!

Meagan and Jake :: Classic Blue and White Wedding in Dallas

Classic Blue and White Wedding Invitation with Watercolor Venue and Antique Monogram

We loved working with Meagan and Jake on their full wedding stationery. From their save the dates to invitations to coordinating day-of stationery, we designed a classic, timeless design from start to finish.

Nestled in the heart of Southern Methodist University’s (SMU) campus, Perkins Chapel is an architectural gem and a beloved wedding venue in Dallas, Texas. Built in 1951, the chapel boasts timeless Georgian Revival architecture with elegant columns, traditional brickwork, and a grand central steeple, setting a breathtaking scene for any wedding. It’s a favorite among couples who dream of a ceremony space that’s intimate yet awe-inspiring. Today, we're highlighting a beautiful wedding held at Perkins Chapel, celebrating the love story of [insert couple’s names] and how they transformed this historic venue into a dream come true.

A die-cut belly band with foil detailing adds a stunning, luxurious touch to wedding invitations, blending elegance with modern craftsmanship. This decorative wrap not only keeps the invitation suite neatly bundled but also introduces guests to the wedding’s aesthetic right from the first glance. Imagine a delicate floral or geometric design, cut precisely to reveal intricate patterns, enhanced by a shimmer of metallic foil. The foil accents catch the light beautifully, offering a hint of glamour without overwhelming the invitation. Whether in classic gold, rose gold, or silver, a foil-accented die-cut belly band elevates the invitation suite, making it an unforgettable preview of the big day.

A chinoiserie envelope liner paired with a foil and watercolor wedding invitation creates an invitation suite that feels like a piece of art. Inspired by the classic elegance of East Asian design, chinoiserie patterns bring intricate floral motifs, birds, and delicate landscapes into the envelope, setting a refined and timeless tone. The invitation itself combines modern touches of metallic foil with the soft, painterly effects of watercolor, creating a harmonious balance between tradition and contemporary style. The foil details add a luxurious glimmer, enhancing the depth of the watercolor hues, while the chinoiserie liner adds an unexpected layer of sophistication. This stunning combination gives guests a glimpse into a wedding that’s both steeped in elegance and uniquely personal.

For their day-of stationery, we were getting creative with their escort cards and created a passport style escort card, ready for guests to adventure! We created a custom watercolor illustration of their sweet dog and added to not only the custom watercolor pet cocktail napkins but also a custom bar sign. The perfect way to get their sweet fur baby involved in the fun wedding festivities.

Lizzie and Chris :: Watercolor Venue Wedding Invitations at Canyonwood Ridge

When it comes to wedding invitations, it’s all about setting the tone for your special day. Whether your celebration is rustic and relaxed or a formal, black-tie affair, your invitations offer the first glimpse of your wedding style. One of the most captivating ways to do this is through custom invitations featuring a venue watercolor, tied together with a green belly band and finished with a wax seal.

A watercolor illustration of your wedding venue brings a personal and artistic touch to your invitations. Unlike stock imagery or simple designs, a custom watercolor feels special, like a piece of art created just for your day. Whether it’s a charming chapel, a grand estate, or a serene outdoor setting, capturing the essence of your venue through soft, painterly strokes adds meaning to your stationery.

Not only does it introduce guests to the location where you’ll say your vows, but it also creates a sense of anticipation and sets the stage for the style and ambiance of your event. Watercolors are elegant and timeless, allowing your venue to be showcased in a way that feels unique and personal. It can also serve as a keepsake for you and your guests long after the wedding.

Keeping the watercolor design in mind, we designed their day-of stationery and signage with the watercolor venue welcome sign. Coordinating wedding place cards and table numbers also followed. The table numbers were a special touch with the bride and groom’s childhood photos, with their age in the photo representing the table number. Such a fun idea for guests to see!

Your wedding invitations are more than just paper—they’re a preview of what’s to come. With a venue watercolor, green belly band, and wax seal, you’ll give your guests a stunning first impression that’s brimming with elegance, charm, and personality. Whether your wedding style is rooted in tradition or has a modern twist, this design combination is the perfect way to set the stage for your unforgettable day. We loved working with you, Lizzie and Chris and wish you a lifetime of happiness!

Alexann and Adam :: Watercolor Crest Wedding Invitation in the Texas Hill Country

It was a pleasure working with Alexann and Adam on their save the dates and wedding invitations.

As an invitation designer, we’ve had the privilege of working on some truly beautiful weddings, but one of my favorites has to be a stunning event at the breathtaking Villa Antonia in Texas. With its Mediterranean-inspired architecture, panoramic Hill Country views, and romantic ambiance, Villa Antonia provided the perfect backdrop for this unforgettable celebration.

To enhance the luxurious feel of the wedding, we opted for a soft, textured cotton paper that had an artisanal quality, reminiscent of the villa’s rustic elegance. For printing, we used a digital flat print to enhance the watercolor details of their monogram. The couple’s names were elegantly showcased. We used a photo for the save the dates and created a beautiful crest around their photo. We then used similar wedding watercolor monogram for the top of their wedding invitation.

If you’re planning your own Villa Antonia wedding or a Texas Hill Country celebration, we’d love to help bring your vision to life with custom stationery that captures your unique love story!

Note we did not design or produce their day-of stationery.

Alyssa and Preston :: Creative Lotería Escort Cards at The Arlo in Austin

As a designer, we always find inspiration in the most vibrant and culturally rich elements around us. One of my favorite recent projects was designing Lotería-inspired escort cards for a Alyssa and Preston’s wedding with Events by Mackenzie. This classic Mexican bingo game, with its beautifully illustrated cards and bold, bright colors, provided the perfect template for an unforgettable wedding detail.

The Lotería game is a significant part of Mexican culture, known for its striking, folk art-style imagery and colorful depictions of everyday items, nature, and people. Each card carries a unique identity, making it a fantastic option for a wedding where every guest feels like an important piece of the puzzle.

When the planner and our client approached us with the idea, they wanted the cards to feel authentic yet personalized for their guests. The goal was to merge the traditional feel of Lotería with elements that resonated with the couple's love story and personalities. This is the perfect starting point if you're planning to create your own Lotería-inspired cards—think about how you can incorporate elements that are meaningful to you and your partner.

Printing on high-quality cardstock was a must to give the escort cards a premium feel. I went with a matte finish to mimic the look of vintage Lotería cards, but you could also opt for a glossy finish if you want a more modern, polished look. Consider adding metallic ink or foil stamping to elevate the design further, especially if your wedding has a more luxurious vibe.

We also designed the sign for their wedding ceremony and providing the acrylic wedding easel to display.

Erica and Connor :: Fun Vibes at South Congress Hotel in Austin

We loved working with Erica and Connor with Jen Seals with Pearl Events Austin on this fun wedding full of personality.

The South Congress Hotel in Austin, Texas, transformed into a vibrant celebration of love and style with a wedding that featured disco balls as a dazzling centerpiece. The venue, known for its chic, modern design, was the perfect backdrop for the couple's unique vision. Suspended from the ceiling, the disco balls glimmered with a retro charm, casting shimmering reflections that danced across the room. The hotel's minimalist decor allowed the wedding decor to take center stage, creating a playful yet sophisticated ambiance.

We wanted to use this same vibe with their day-of stationery and signage. Creating their day-of signage complimented the design of the South Congress Hotel and Erica and Connor’s style. We created their seating chart using a minimalist design and used our large white box rental as well as their welcome sign, using our medium white box rental.

The table numbers featured their cute fur baby so guests could experience the cutest member of their family at every table! And the menus were also maybe our favorite part- the pink octagon shape with white ink complimented the tablescape decor.

Victoria and Patrick :: A Modern Minimal Wedding at the Cape in Cabo

We loved working with Victoria and Karli Spangler on this modern minimal wedding at The Cape in Cabo San Lucas. With touches of ebony and cotton, this black tie beach ceremony was everything and more!

This black and white modern minimal wedding in Cabo offers a stunningly chic and elegant celebration, where the simplicity of the color palette highlights the natural beauty of the surroundings. The ceremony, set against the backdrop of Cabo's breathtaking coastline, features sleek black and white decor that exudes sophistication and contemporary style. Baby's breath, used abundantly in the ceremony arch and centerpieces, adds a touch of ethereal beauty to the minimalist design. The combination of monochromatic hues and airy florals creates a serene and timeless atmosphere, perfect for a modern couple seeking a stylish and unforgettable wedding day.

Their wedding invitations featured a modern script with digital flat print invitation and black wedding envelopes. We sketched the iconic The Arch of Cabo San Lucas for their details card and all wedding invitation cards were wrapped in a vellum belly band wrap. Their square wedding menus were digitally printed in square shape adding to the modern style of the evening. We did custom pet watercolor bar sign for their signature drinks, displayed on the bar at the wedding reception. The wedding program fans featured a fan-style design with black tassels. We had some fun with their rehearsal dinner menus, adding some Mexico flair and style!
