Priscilla and Greg :: A Romantic Blush and Gold Wedding at Rainbow Room in New York City

This wedding at The Rainbow Room in New York City was everything and more. Working with Katie with Tone Events with Priscilla and Greg was such a fantastic experience.

A wedding at The Rainbow Room in New York is an enchanting affair, set against the backdrop of the city’s iconic skyline. Nestled on the 65th floor of Rockefeller Center, this legendary venue combines timeless elegance with modern luxury. Couples exchange vows beneath the grand chandeliers, with the panoramic views of Manhattan providing a breathtaking and romantic setting. The meticulous service and gourmet cuisine elevate the celebration, creating an unforgettable experience for all in attendance. With its rich history and unparalleled ambiance, a wedding at The Rainbow Room epitomizes the sophistication and magic of New York City.

Their save the dates were custom printed with their wedding monogram inside a blush custom embossed pocket so guests could be presented with their wedding stationery in an epic way right from the start. Their wedding invitations was a thick acrylic wedding invitation with gold foil, attached inside a custom blush embossed pocket folder. The accommodating wedding insert cards were equally impressive, which included letterpress and gold foil wedding details card, letterpress and gold foil reception card, and gold foil with letterpress response card. We designed a custom wedding monogram for Priscilla and Greg that we used throughout their wedding stationery.

Their day-of designs perfectly coordinated with the custom wedding monogram in gold foil and gold foil printing throughout. Their custom folded wedding programs were tied with a blush ribbon with gold foil monogram on the front of the booklet. Their wedding menus were printed on blush card stock with gold foil printing. Other day-of stationery included escort cards with gold foil border, custom watercolor cocktail bar signs, custom wedding cocktail napkins, welcome notes with gold foil, custom wedding cake boxes for guests to take home cake, white acrylic and gold table numbers, hashtag signs, and farewell brunch menus.

We loved working with this amazing team and wishing Priscilla and Greg all the best! xo

Emma and Brendan :: A Blue and White Wedding at TCU Robert Carr Chapel and Fort Worth Zoo

Weddings are timeless celebrations of love, each unique and memorable in its own way. Among the many venues that Fort Worth has to offer, Robert Carr Chapel stands out as a beacon of elegance and tradition. Nestled in the heart of Texas Christian University (TCU), this chapel is a perfect blend of historical charm and modern grace, making it an ideal setting for a wedding ceremony. Followed by a reception at The Fort Worth Zoo, this Fort Worth wedding was one for the books!

Setting the tone for the wedding day, the digital flat print invitations featured a stunning blue floral monogram, reflecting the couple's personal style and the sophisticated ambiance of the chapel. The intricate design incorporated delicate blue blooms intertwined with the couple’s initials, creating a sense of romance and elegance.

The choice of blue florals not only added a touch of color but also symbolized harmony and fidelity, perfect for the occasion. Printed on high-quality, textured paper, the invitations exuded luxury and attention to detail, hinting at the memorable day to come.

Lauren and Kevin :: A Romantic Wedding at Woodbine Mansion

We loved working with Lauren and Kevin on their beautiful custom wedding invitations and custom day-of stationery and signage.

The seating chart is often one of the first things guests see at a wedding, making it an important element of the dΓ©cor. This wedding featured a chic black acrylic seating chart that perfectly matched the sophisticated vibe of the event. The sleek black backdrop, adorned with elegant white calligraphy, guided guests effortlessly to their tables. We paired the seating chart with our large white box rental, available to rent here.

At each table, guests found personalized place cards and menus that echoed the elegant theme. These were crafted from high-quality eggshell white cardstock with the guests' names written in beautiful white script. Not only did these place cards enhance the table settings, but they also served as a thoughtful keepsake for the guests to remember the special day.

No detail was overlooked in making the wedding a bespoke experience, including the bar area. Custom bar signs added both style and functionality, ensuring that guests could easily navigate the drink offerings. These signs, designed to match the overall aesthetic, featured a black background with white and gold lettering. They listed signature cocktails named after the bride and groom, as well as a selection of wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. The bar signs added a personalized touch, turning a functional aspect of the wedding into another piece of the carefully curated dΓ©cor.

Tara and Nathan :: A Fun and Elegant Wedding at The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge

When it comes to planning a wedding, every detail contributes to creating an unforgettable experience. From the floral arrangements to the lighting, each element adds to the overall ambiance of the day. We were surrounded by great vendors for Tara and Nathan’s wedding! We loved working with them on their custom day-of stationery.

Antique vintage mirrors are inherently luxurious and add a touch of elegance to any setting. When combined with white vinyl lettering, they transform into stunning focal points that are both functional and decorative. A wedding welcome sign is the perfect creative way to incorporate vinyl on gold mirrors into your wedding.

Acrylic bar signs have gained popularity for their modern and sleek appearance. They are versatile and can be customized to fit any wedding theme. A custom watercolor cocktail menu, audio guest book sign, and menus are a great way to use them!

Chris and Tyler :: A Modern LGBTQ+ Wedding in Austin at The Arlo

Christopher and Tyler envisioned an Austin wedding that was modern, with a classic black and white color palette. This choice of colors symbolizes elegance and simplicity, creating a chic and sophisticated atmosphere. The Arlo, with its clean lines, open spaces, and panoramic views, provided the perfect backdrop for such a stylish event!

When we first met with the fabulous couple, they told us their wedding would be modern, classic, and timeless. They also told us their monogram would be important for their custom day-of stationery, so they wanted a simple wedding monogram with intertwined or connected with their initials C + T.

Classic letterpress was used for their custom square save the dates and invitation cards. We coordinated the letterpress printing with digital flat print for the insert cards, vellum overlay with grommet, and envelope liner.

By blending classic with contemporary, we first designed their save the date with the Austin skyline in a modern lineart style. We then created a custom invitation suite that was truly reflective of this elegant black and white wedding at The Arlo. We were able to then take the custom invitation suite design and design their custom day-of stationery and modern wedding signage to coordinate perfectly from start to finish for this modern Austin wedding. The lineart custom venue sketch of The Arlo on their wedding envelope liner was the perfect addition, in addition to their die cut black belly band. We loved the black envelopes with white ink printing, too.

The cherry on top of seeing this wedding gallery was seeing their modern monogram we designed for their custom neon sign and metal wedding welcome sign.

Amanda and Brendan :: Color Block Invitation for a Mae's Ridge Wedding

In the realm of event planning, the invitation sets the tone for what's to come. It's the first impression, the glimpse into the theme, and the harbinger of excitement. Crafting an invitation that captivates and entices is an art form in itself. Enter the world of color block invitations, where sophistication meets creativity in a seamless blend of hues and design. And we were so excited to do that for Amanda and Brendan!!

Color blocking is a technique that involves pairing contrasting or complementary colors to create visually striking compositions. It's a method that has been embraced by artists, fashion designers, and now, event planners. By juxtaposing colors in bold and intentional ways, color block invitations instantly command attention and evoke a sense of modernity and style.

Emily and Jack :: Spring Wedding at Mission Ranch in Carmel-By-The-Sea

Thank you Style Me Pretty for featuring us on your cover! You can read the full post here or below.

We wanted to bring the outdoors in. Emily & Jack’s wedding evoked such a feeling of spring. Transforming the space at Mission Ranch was no small feat. We brought in draping to soften up the rustic structure of the ballroom, hung floral-filled chandeliers from the ceiling to make the room more fitting for the intimate group, and made sure to fill the event with soft mood lighting to set the tone.

Another element we absolutely loved was the couple’s seating chart display – featuring a polaroid image of every single guest at their wedding, complete with calligraphy name and table number. We hung floral-filled chandeliers from the ceiling to make the room more fitting for the intimate group.

As a wedding invitation designer, we’ve had the privilege of being a part of countless love stories, each as unique and beautiful as the next. However, there are some weddings that stand out, not just for their romance, but for the sheer magic of the setting. We want to share with you the recent celebration at The Grand Lady in Austin- a gorgeous wedding venue that we had the privilege to illustrate.
